NAWIC MGM October 2023 Newsletter
From the Board
Welcome to October! The first month of the 2023-2024 NAWIC year! Our chapter has been very busy. Last month we had our very first golf tournament fundraiser. We appreciate all of our sponsors, teams, RTJ Golf, and members that made this event a HUGE success.
The whole NAWIC year of 2022-2023 was full of education, community service and member events to make us stronger as a chapter and individually and building leaders in the construction industry. On this newsletter you will see a recap video of some of the highpoints of the year (there were so many). Thank you to everyone that did their part in supporting our chapter through engagement, sponsorship, and encouragement.
We have several events coming up, so please make sure you are following us on Facebook, Instagram, and at our website www.nawicmgm.org. You are not going to want to miss them.

Community Service

This month members will be lending a hand at Welsey Gardens Retirement Community to spruce up an outside patio. We will be cleaning up the yard and planting seasonal flowers for the residents to enjoy this fall. If you would like to help out by volunteering or donating to the purchase of the flowers, please reach out to Becky Harris.
